Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped.

Quality Guarantee

We take great care in crafting each product to ensure the highest quality. All items are inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
